MISSION STATEMENT
The Industrial Court of Antigua and Barbuda shall exercise its statutory jurisdiction and powers in the relentless pursuit of justice in matters of trade disputes, industrial actions, complaints of unfair dismissals by individual employees and such other relevant matters which may be referred to the Court for determination.
VISION
The efficient and affordable delivery of justice between and among employees, employers, trade unions, employers’ associations and other interested parties, in accordance with the history, values, traditions, and the Laws of Antigua and Barbuda with particular reference to the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Code, the Industrial Court Act and Good Industrial Relations Principles and Practices.
