The Industrial Court’s jurisdiction includes the hearing and determination of trade disputes, the commencement and continuation of industrial actions, the hearing of complaints and other matters referred to it. The Court has no jurisdiction to deal with matters affecting established employees of Government, members of the Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force, the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda, persons with diplomatic status and employees of the United Nations.
